Haven't made one in years...
I'm iPod-enabled everywhere so I haven't really made an honest-to-bob mix cd in a long time. The last one that comes to mind is when we bought my car from the dealership in Nashville. I made a mix CD for the drive back to Texas because the car had no aux line in and it was the best option. My tastes are pretty steady, though, so it's still a good representative sampling:

  1. Fleetwood Mac - The Chain
  2. The Asteroids Galaxy Tour - Around the Bend
  3. Band of Horses - The Funeral
  4. Buffalo Springfield - For What It's Worth
  5. Cake - Love You Madly
  6. Cat Scientist - Precipice
  7. Citizen Cope - Son's Gonna Rise
  8. The Dandy Warhols - Bohemian Like You
  9. The Devlins - World Outside
  10. Eagle Eye Cherry - Save Tonight
  11. Fatboy Slim - That Old Pair of Jeans
  12. Dr. Horrible (Felicia Day & Neil Patrick Harris) - My Eyes
  13. Hard-Fi - Cash Machine
  14. Grand National - Drink to Moving On
  15. Ghostland Observatory - Midnight Voyage
  16. Lazlo Bane - Superman
  17. Michael Franti & Spearhead - Yell Fire
  18. Moloko - The Time is Now
  19. Coldplay - Clocks (just kidding)

Do you remember I hate Coldplay with the passion of 1000 red-hot suns? I'd be surprised, I probably haven't mentioned my disdain for them in like 5 years.

I remember that, too. Apparently the 100 red-hot suns did a sufficient job of burning it into your friends' memories. ;)

That is a pretty awesome mix. I'd think so even if you hadn't included me!! :)
